For Warehousing activities
Dutch law and the Dutch Warehousing Conditions, deposited by Fenex (the Netherlands Association for Forwarding and Logistics) at inter alia the registry of the court of Rotterdam (always latest version) including the arbitration clause apply to all our activities. Dutch law and the Dutch Forwarding Conditions, deposited by Fenex (the Netherlands Association for Forwarding and Logistics) at inter alia the registry of the court of Rotterdam (always latest version) including the arbitration clause which stipulates that to contracts of international transport by road the tribunal shall apply the CMR Convention. The applicability of any general terms and conditions used by contractual counterparties is expressly rejected ,
